SINGH, THE JOURNEY – A STORY OF COURAGE, PURPOSE, AND TRANSFORMATION
From a Secret Search to a Sacred Strategy — and a CEO’s Crucible
Long before Singh Leadership came into existence as a transformational force in leadership development, its founder stood at the crossroads of silence and science. Pankaj Singh was not in a corporate boardroom, but in quiet contemplation under trees, in meditation halls, and immersed in the sacred verses of the Saptashloki Durga.
What emerged from that search was a trinity of power:
In 2018, he launched the 6S Society
— The Sacred Society for the Secret Search of Scientific Spirituality.
The inquiry was radical, yet deeply personal:
Can leadership be spiritual without being religious?
Can purpose be measured without stripping away its soul?
The search led to Sanskrit chants, Vedic psychology, and inner discipline rooted in devotion. But this wasn’t escapism. It was a blueprint.
What emerged from that search was a trinity of power:
- Kali: Destroy what no longer serves.
- Lakshmi: Sustain what aligns with truth.
- Saraswati: Create with clarity and courage.

The Undeniable Search and Answer
These divine energies would later form the emotional and archetypal bedrock of modern Singh Leadership tools like PEPTID™, BREATHE™, and the Mindful Pivot™.
Meanwhile, the original 6S idea of a sacred social group evolved. It became the COMPASS Circle™: a powerful coaching model of seven inner roles—Self, Seeker, Creator, Ally, Anchor, Partner, and Mentor. No longer a satsang of mystics, it became a psychologically-grounded map for modern leaders to rediscover direction and resilience.
The phrase Scientific Spirituality matured too. Now it lives in:
But the spiritual journey was only one half of the path.
— The other was forged in the fires of real-world leadership.
From 2020 to 2023, Pankaj Singh was instrumental in acquiring, integrating, and leading over 25 companies across industries—all while building a unified operating model of people, process, and performance. During this time, he led teams through culture shock, systems failure, and executive alignment challenges.
In October 2020, a ransomware attack at 6:15 AM on a Friday morning tested his philosophy like never before. While others panicked, he turned to the breath—and then to the blueprint. His calm, human-centered leadership helped recover core operations, rebuild trust across departments, and transform that moment of chaos into a leadership case study in emotional agility.

“The crisis wasn’t a breakdown.
It was an awakening.”
This dual experience—sacred inquiry and strategic execution—is what gives Singh Leadership its unique edge. It’s not just about soft skills. It’s about spirit meeting systems, purpose guiding process, and clarity translating into culture.
Today, Singh Leadership serves high-performing leaders, founders, and teams in high-stakes spaces. But it began with a whisper—a secret search not for success, but for truth.
“Leadership is not a title. It’s a sacred act.”
